Share a dashboard

We can share a dashboard with other users in our tenancy. To share a dashboard, click the share icon.

Enter the username and the permission the user will have; either Viewer, Editor, or Owner. Click Share.

The username and its associated permission are displayed below. Click Apply to confirm sharing.

We get a successful pop-up message confirming the sharing was successful.

The recipient can then view the shared dashboard from their Lite Dashboard page. Additionally, they can copy the dashboard’s URL and open it in a browser to view the dashboard directly within their instance.

Note

The recipient must be logged in to view the shared dashboard directly from the URL.
